All about Cebu
Hello! My name is Minori. I’m 10 years old. When I grow up I want to be a historian. My favorite Cebu’s food is Jollibee’s ube cheese pie and peach mango pie. I went go to Jollibee and I ate 2 peas chicken and ube cheese pie. It’s so delicious! I like Jollibee! and I want Jollibee in Japan! If Japan has Jollibee I eat peach mango pie!
Nagoya has a sea but it’s not beautiful. Cebu has a sea too and the sea was very beautiful! It’s so good because you can swimming every day! (I want to swimming every day!)
I like Cebu’s fruit because all the fruit is delicious. My especially like fruit is mango! Cebu’s mango is so sweet and so good!I like pineapple and watermelon too!
I have another favorite food. It is halo halo! Because it’s very yummy! And I like ube ice cream!
Thank you for listening!
There were three things I enjoyed about starting abroad in the Philippines first I was able to talk with my teachers in English we talked about the cultural differences between Japan and the Philippines I heard the traffic jams are terrible in the Philippines the second was touring the cities of the Philippines I was shocked to see children selling things on the third I was able to make new friends I am thankful that I got to know and talk to the eight families who came to study here.
I have been learning English with Rochelle for three years. Because my teacher was Rochelle, I found it fun to speak English and was able to pass the EIKEN level 2 in the third grade. 3 years ago, Rochelle and I met through Magic Key’s online lessons and I am thankful that I was able to meet her. And now we finally met in real life. When I found Rochelle sitting by the pool at this hotel, I was overwhelmed with joy. I will never forget the first time we hugged. Recently, my English studies have become more difficult and sometimes I lose my motivation. I was also able to meet Ms. Jojo, who is teaching the EIKEN Level 2 discussion class this time. My time in Cebu has given me back my motivation to learn English. I will also be empowered from now on to get to know my friends who are learning English. Finally, I would like to thank my mom and dad for giving me this opportunity.
